Kudos to Kucinich, Richardson, and Biden for having a sense of humor. What is it going to take to get Matthews and Russert fired, for being humorless jerks? (Less Russert than Matthews, but...)

So, you have to fill me in a little on the American media landscape. Which one is the smug prick who asked the UFO question, and which one is the blowhard with a stick up his ass who kept laughing uncomfortably through his own question about a cover-up? And who apparently refuses to understand the difference between "I don't believe in UFOs, but the government overclassifies everything" and "I believe the government is engaged in a UFO cover-up".
I hope, for your sake, that you only saw this on TPM and that you're not watching this kind of shit on a regular basis. What have we learned from this "news" segment except that American TV journalists need to be punched in the kidneys until they cry like little babies?
I am a doctor. I am declaring democracy dead.
Here's a piece about the evils of russertism.
Ritik, you need to start getting into the comments more. What do you do all day, work?
KS - I think you've done an admirable job on your own, using the internet to figure out which asshole is which.
PK - The doctor is IN!
at least there is a space like the Daily show where people like Chris Matthews will show up and look like asses:

ENW - Funny you should point that clip out. I am sans TV these days, but a few people forwarded me that clip when it first showed, so I've seen it. And, separately, both Jon Stewart and Colbert have come up in conversation recently -- both times including discussion of how Stewart is so much more effective these days when he is simply expressing moral indignation, particularly at the other parts of the news media that surround the political process.
Wow that guy is still laughing like an idiot.
